We're working on devising a hybrid style event that allows people to safely gather but also offer virtual options. Please indicate the participation method you prefer.
*Note: UC San Diego respondents, please ignore distributed choice :)
UC San Diego: Surf’s up! I want to head to UC San Diego for one or two nights, including a Monday night welcome reception, full day of in-person events Tuesday, and on Wednesday skip town or participate in optional events or virtual breakout sessions.
“Distributed”: I prefer to re-connect with colleagues but not travel, so I’m cool with a Tuesday morning coffee with coworkers while we watch a livestream of keynotes, with everything else virtual.
Virtual: I haven’t gotten out of PJs in two years so I’m cool with 100% virtual.
Undecided – TBH I have no idea now and it depends on COVID and 8,000 other things
