Welcome Parents & Guardians of Vista Unified School District!

 

In our continuing efforts to collaborate with families as well as gain feedback about our efforts to promote and support student success, we have developed the following survey. We value your opinions and experiences and ask for your participation in this brief, voluntary survey. Responses will ONLY go directly to the researchers at UC San Diego and NOT to your teacher(s) or principal or anyone else in the Vista school district.  We hope this will allow you to answer honestly and openly, as your input matters for our continued efforts at improving.

 

The survey should take between 10-15 minutes. We hope you will answer every question, but if you do not wish to, or cannot answer a question, you may simply leave it blank. Again, this is a voluntary survey that provides you the opportunity to anonymously report your opinions and experiences.
