We are grateful for our Free Clinic alumni, donor, staff, volunteer, community partner support and help over the years, and would like to learn more about our community. If you have been part of the Free Clinic in any way, you are a member of the Free Clinic Community!  We have a brief survey simply asking about how you were/are involved with Free Clinic, and what you are doing these days. We will be compiling and synthesizing some of this information for the Light Up the Night "Zoom" Virtual event and the Free Clinic website.
