We accept submissions that pertain to undergraduate research targeting students, staff, and/or faculty mentors such as but not limited to:

- undergraduate research programs / REU's accepting application
- undergraduate research conferences / showcases
- research workshops
- research mentoring
- conference funding
- Digital flyer submissions: we use MyEmma for our newsletter. We prefer .png or .jpeg files. If your flyer is not in either of those formats, we can make the appropriate conversions from a .pdf
- Non-digital flyer submissions: if you do not have a flyer, please submit the necessary information in the text box below. Text should be fewer than 2 paragraphs, not including contact information, registration information, and website.
We send our newsletter out every Friday during the academic year. Accepted information may also be shared on our Instagram.
